US ans South Africa are the only two countries in the world where prices for medicines are controlled by the open market. So are the medical services. That should promote a competition, but for some reason results in the extremely expensive, and totally efficient healthcare model.
Some cartels have very deep roots. So deep that it becomes impossible to separate them from the State, from the System. And unfortunately it turns out that the system is much less grounded than those cartels.
